A growers dream, as you can harvest as a 2" mini squash or allow to reach its mature 6-8 inch length. Mild flavor, texture, and color; used raw in salads, grilled, stir-fried, stuffed or added to main dishes. Water well in warm weather and fertilize with liquid or slow release plant food for best results.
