The message below (email addresses have been changed) was received on August
16, 2004 with an attachment named details.zip.
Within the zip file was an executable program, document.txt.exe. The executable
program was given a double extension ".txt.exe" in an
attempt to disguise it as a harmless text file. The email message also
contained text indicating it had been scanned by an antivirus program.
This is also likely an attempt to lull an unsuspecting user, who may
think the message has already been scanned for viruses, into opening
the message
