services in
the Windows Search field. You should see it returned by the search
utility. Click on "Run as administrator" and provide the login credentials
for an account that has adminisrator privileges.
When the Services window opens, scroll down until you see Windows Audio.
Right-click on the entry and choose "Restart".
When the status for the service returns to "Running", you can close the Services window.
